Unopened, undamaged items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, less shipping. Contact us first to receive a return authorization.
Because these are research materials, opened vials cannot be returned except in the case of a verified quality issue.
If a lot does not match its Certificate of Analysis, contact us with your lot number and we will investigate and, where warranted, replace or refund the affected units.
Every order includes free shipment protection. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will reship it at no cost.
Bulk order returns are handled per the same policy, applied per line item. Custom or reserved lots may be non-returnable.
